Angela Kaufman

Angela Kaufman a certified Intuitive Consultant Licensed Clinical Therapist, Activist Astrologer, Author and speaker. She is an ordained minister and a Reiki and psychic medium. Kauffman gained a reputation in Italy as a portrait painter. She also painted historical scenes. The election of Kauffman to Rome's Accademia San Luca (the Academie of Saint Luca) in 1765 was a acknowledgment of her talents as an artist. Angelica Kauffman only spent 15 years in England, but she made an impact on London's artistic scene in that time period in the late 18th century. She was among two female founder members of the Royal Academy. The artist Angelica Kauffman died on November 5th, 1807 at the age of sixty-six. Liz loves creating art using old books, walking and doing yoga. She also loves sailing. Kauffman's British connections came into play when the family moved to Rome at the beginning of January 1763. In addition to learning English and continuing her portraiture within a couple of months, the family moved again to Naples. Kauffman was a student of Old Masters there and her first work was taken to London for an exhibition in the public domain.
