Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26th, 1978) was born in the city of Campinas in Sao Paulo. She is an actress known by her roles in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira became a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. The analyst she is working with currently overseeing the Assassination Witness project and one of the core members of GI-TOC's multilateral engagement team. Her work at GI-TOC concentrates on assassinations within the context that involve illegal economics. Her interests in research also include the impact of organised criminality on human rights, as well as the impact of the laws and policies. Ana Paula earned an LL.M. with distinction on International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva. She also holds an LL.M. with a concentration in Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor degree with a magna cumlaude distinction in Legal as well as Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She trained as a lawyer who spent four years at a public law litigation firm. Experiences include working in the roles of non-governmental organizations located in Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
