Mary McCormack (American actress) is famous for her roles in the TV series "Murder One", The West Wing' and Loaded'. Also, she is well-known for her movie roles in "Private Parts," "Deep Impact', 'True Criminal as well as '1408'. Born to a clinical therapist as well as an ice cream shop owner, McCormack hails from a family with no direct links to the field of entertainment. When her parents separated in 1990 she attended Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut and earned the degree of BA in Comparative Art. She began her career as a child when she starred in the stage production "Amahl & the Night Visitors, which was a Christmas-themed operetta. McCormack continued to perform in the theatre, and eventually landed roles both on the small screen and big. McCormack has been recognized as being one of Hollywood's best-known and most versatile performers. McCormack is married producer/director Michael Morris and has three children.
